Venkatesh is known as one of the coolest and most professional stars in Telugu cinema. Throughout his long career, very few directors or co-stars have ever complained about working with him. But now, industry gossip suggests that even Venkatesh is finding it difficult to deal with one particular habit of director Trivikram Srinivas during the making of Adarsha Kutumbam-AK47.
According to industry buzz, Trivikram’s biggest strength is also becoming his biggest challenge.
The director reportedly has a habit of rewriting scenes and dialogues on the sets instead of working with a completely locked script. While this method has worked for him in the past, sources claim it is creating difficulties during the shoot of Adarsha Kutumbam.
The speculation became stronger after rumors emerged that Arjun Sarja’s hit Blast shares certain similarities with the core premise of Adarsha Kutumbam. However, industry circles claim that the team is making efforts to ensure both films do not appear too similar. As a result, several scenes are allegedly being rewritten during the shoot itself.
This is where the friction reportedly begins.
Sources say Venkatesh is uncomfortable with the constant changes happening during filming. The interesting part is that Trivikram appears completely unbothered.
Those familiar with his working style say the director firmly believes some of his best ideas emerge only when he is on the sets. He trusts his instincts and experience and reportedly sees no reason to change a process that has delivered multiple blockbusters throughout his career. However, it backfired with his last film, Guntur Kaaram, whose screenplay lacked coherence.
As of now, there are no reports of any open arguments or major disagreements. But insiders suggest the difference in working styles is creating some tension behind the scenes.
Of course, this could simply be another industry rumor that has been exaggerated over time. Neither Venkatesh nor Trivikram has commented on the speculation publicly.
Ironically, if Adarsha Kutumbam turns out to be a blockbuster, nobody will remember these rumors. But if the film disappoints, the stories about script changes, on-set rewrites, and creative confusion will immediately come under the spotlight.
So, if Adarsha Kutumbam delivers the fun, emotions, and entertainment that audiences are expecting, it could be Tollywood’s next Rs. 300 crore grosser.
