The Bill was approved by the Cabinet and was passed in the Legislative Assembly. However, YSRCP turned the bill down in the Legislative Council.

On Wednesday, Nara Lokesh said the Bill will be passed despite the disruption. Lokesh said that the factionism that YSRCP supports must be tackled head on and Rayalaseema must be made free of faction politics.

During the ZPTC elections in Pulivendula, YSRCP candidate lost his deposit. More than defeating the candidate, the election made history as people of Pulivendula chose freedom and change.

Lokesh mentioned in the Assembly that Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan too found the decision necessary to end factionism in Rayalaseema. Of course, the bill will be passed with or without the support of YSRCP.

Playing dirty politics and using politics to take lives of innocent people in the name of faction wars is not going to take YSRCP very far. The people of Rayalaseema are craving development. Chandrababu’s focus on Rayalaseema and turning it into a horticulture and industrial hub is making the Seema citizens dream big for the first time.
