Vijayasai Reddy political statement

Former Rajya Sabha MP Vijayasai Reddy has gone back on his earlier decision to quit politics. He now says he will give clarity about his next political move in June. This has created fresh political buzz.

In his latest press interaction Sai Reddy said he has no issues with Jagan. He said his problem is only with the coterie around him. He made it clear that this group is the main obstacle.

Sai Reddy hinted that he is open to working with Jagan again. He said this is possible only if the coterie is kept aside. This statement has added to the political suspense around his next move.

During the same press meet Sai Reddy made a strong political claim. He said YSR Congress cannot win unless the alliance is broken. He also said no Padayatra will help Jagan if the alliance continues.

His statement has raised new questions in political circles. Many are asking if Sai Reddy is suggesting that only he can break this alliance. The remark has added another layer to the ongoing political drama.

Meanwhile reports say Sai Reddy has opened an office in Delhi. Between 2014 and 2019 he often stayed in Lutyens Delhi as a Rajya Sabha MP. He was active in engaging BJP leaders during that period.

It was during that time that the TDP and BJP alliance collapsed. Sai Reddy now seems to be reminding Jagan of that influence. He is hinting that he can play a similar role if he is allowed back.

Sources say Sai Reddy may join the BJP in June. His vacant Rajya Sabha seat has already gone to the BJP. This has added weight to the reports about his possible move to the Saffron Party.

If he joins BJP he may still work for Jagan if there is a positive response. If Jagan does not respond he is expected to focus on building his own career in the BJP. This makes his next step crucial.

This time Chandrababu Naidu is expected to stay alert to every move by Sai Reddy. On the other hand Jagan Mohan Reddy seems unmoved by the former MP. Party leaders have been told not to respond to him.
