Arshad said he shares a warm bond with Shah Rukh Khan and his family. He mentioned that he could do anything for them without asking questions. According to him, this affection influenced his decision to join both projects.
He described Shah Rukh Khan as a good host and a wonderful human being. Arshad added that Shah Rukh, along with Dilip Kumar and Amitabh Bachchan, has given dignity to the acting profession. He said such icons made Indian actors respected worldwide.
Speaking about Shah Rukh’s children, Arshad called Aryan and Suhana bright and gifted. He noted that Aryan has already made a mark with his Netflix series and business ventures. He also praised Suhana for working hard on her big screen debut with King.
Suhana was earlier trolled for her performance in Prime Video’s The Archies. Despite that, she is now set to appear alongside Shah Rukh Khan in King. The film is expected to release around Christmas 2026.
While Arshad’s remarks were supportive, some felt he went slightly overboard with the praise. Critics argue that Suhana still needs to prove her acting abilities independently. Audiences are waiting to judge her performance once King hits theatres.
