During today’s hearing, the High Court provided a stay on the investigation, offering Pawan temporary relief. The court also adjourned the next hearing for four weeks.
During the proceedings, the Advocate General informed the court that the government is revising several similar cases. This includes reevaluating a government order issued during the previous YSRCP administration, which was used to file numerous criminal cases against various individuals, including Pawan Kalyan. The court considered this while granting the stay on Pawan’s case.

Acknowledging the ongoing government revisions and the arguments presented, the High Court issued a stay on the case and scheduled the next hearing four weeks later.
