Rahul Gandhi Is Confused: Konda Vishweswar Reddy

Rahul Gandhi attacked by Vishweswar Reddy

Konda Vishweswar Reddy, who created a stir yesterday by giving a football to his party colleagues, shifted his focus today. On Wednesday, he targeted the Congress party and spoke sharply about the vote chori campaign taken up by Rahul Gandhi.

He accused the Congress of vote chori in every election, calling it a long-standing tradition of the party. With sarcasm, Reddy wondered if Rahul Gandhi had just woken up to raise the issue now.

Vishweswar Reddy compared Rahul Gandhi’s campaign to a thief lecturing others about robbery. He further alleged that the BRS and Congress had been working together in electoral malpractice, questioning their credibility on the issue.

He reminded the gathering that Indira Gandhi’s vote was said to be valid for ten years after her death. Calling it a clear example of vote chori, Reddy accused the Congress of hypocrisy for raising the issue only when fearing defeat in Bihar.

He said the Congress and BRS should prove their allegations against the BJP. Reddy also claimed that the Congress had links with the Trump administration and was in cohorts with Pakistan and China, raising questions about its loyalty.

According to him, it was the Congress, not the BJP, that played religion-based politics. He also accused the party of giving away rivers and land to China and Pakistan, weakening India’s interests in the process.

Wrapping up his speech, Vishweswar Reddy declared that Rahul Gandhi was deeply confused, criticising his stand on the vote chori campaign and the Congress party’s politics.
