The murder mystery of 10-year-old Sahasra has been solved, revealing a shocking crime thriller-like plot. Astonishingly, the accused is a 16-year-old boy studying in the 10th grade.
Police investigations, triggered by a tip-off from a tech professional, revealed that the boy was influenced by crime films. He reportedly entered Sahasra’s house for a cricket bat, which he referred to as the “MRF bat.”
During questioning, the boy admitted that his original plan was to steal money. He drafted a detailed plan he called “Mission Don (Done),” despite struggling with English. The plan outlined steps to cut the gas pipe, ignite it, steal money, lock the house, and escape.
A neighbour reported seeing the boy jumping from Sahasra’s building into his own, leading police to arrest him. Authorities said he was closely following the case developments on social media.
The crime took a tragic turn when Sahasra spotted him inside the house. The boy stabbed her 21 times with a small, sharp knife but failed to steal either the bat or money. Ironically, he was familiar to the family and had appeared in Sahasra’s birthday photos, even offering her cake.
