If we look at the list of the thirty three leaders, it is evident Jagan had picked all the main leaders from each district and rehabilitated them in this so-called committee.
No MLA found place in the list while two Rajya Sabha MPs (Pilli Subash Chandrabose and Alla Ayodhya Rami Reddy), one Lok Sabha MP (YS Avinash Reddy in family quota) and one MLC (Thota Trimurthulu) were accommodated.

Most of the remaining members are the leaders who contested and lost in the last elections.
Even Mudragada Padmanabham is also included.

The list sounds more like a Upadhi Haami Pathakam than anything else.
The members are handpicked to give them confidence that the party is giving them due importance. Most of them are inactive after the elections and so this committee is aimed at pushing them.
Some of the leaders like Thota Trimurthulu who are thinking to leave the party were also accommodated probably to pacify them.
It is also aimed at creating an impression that the party is inclusive and is driven on collective decisions.
By the sheer definition of the PAC, the committee is expected to deliberate and discuss everything and advise Jagan Mohan Reddy and the party on Political issues pertaining to the state.
But it is no secret that decisions in YSR Congress are taken by Jagan and his coterie.
Most of the leaders in this list did not even get Jagan’s appointment in the five years YSR Congress was in Power.
They are unlikely to get one in the next five years as well. So they advising Jagan is a joke which even they do not believe.
Everyone in the party is of the opinion that Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy misled Jagan Mohan Reddy in the last five years with his wrong advices and he continues to call shots even in Opposition.
We will have to see how many meetings the committee will hold in the next four years or so and how many useful advice will be taken from them.
