CM Chandrababu Naidu

CM Chandrababu Naidu held a review of RTGS ( Real time governance society), an e-governance initiative by the AP government. He said that all government services must be made available through whatsapp. He added that people must not come to offices because of the services.

All services should be available through Mana Mitra online service, the CM told the officers. Awareness must be created among people regarding the services, Babu said. He instructed the RTGS officers to ensure that people availed all services without any glitches.

He asked the government departments to speed up their work to meet the requirements of people. Chandrababu also told the officers to push forward data lake works.

The CM told that drones be used to provide services to people. The officers were told to improve awareness about drones among people regarding the kind of services they can provide.

A workshop to bring awareness has to be organized by service providers and different departments, Chandrababu said in the meeting.

Another important point that the CM touched upon was the creation of work from home jobs. He said steps must be taken to create work from home jobs. Babu added that a joint initiative must be taken to figure out how many work from home jobs can be created in 3 years. What kind of jobs can be created and what skills would be required for them, must be assessed said the CM.

A Consultancy needs to be hired to help with work from home jobs, he said. The CM said steps need to be taken to teach skills to available human resources.

The officers told the CM that data lake works are almost over and shared that 273 services were available online for now. They said that by June 12, 370 to 380 services will be available online.




An Awareness Hub will be started in RTGS and they will provide services as per weather updates, the officers told the CM. AI generated warnings will be sent to phones, they updated.
